Senior Marketing Hero Responsibilities:

  • Set specific marketing goals
  • Ongoing conduct of market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  • Creating, presenting, and following up on marketing plans\strategies to reach clients’ goals and KPI’s
  • Extracting yearly, quarterly, and monthly action plans from the marketing plans and follow up on their execution.
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Develop written briefs for the team and following it up verbally when needed
  • Managing the communication with the clients through JMH’s official channels
  • Being the representative of the clients in JMH and talking on their behalf
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials
  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
  • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy, when needed.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects
  • Overlooking marketing campaigns on designated channels.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports
  • Following up on trends, tools development and marketing news.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust campaigns accordingly
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
  • Perform any administrative and/or marketing related task that might be requested by higher management
  • Attend any meeting that might be requested by higher management

Senior Marketing Hero Requirements:

  • Marketing passion.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
  • Good time management skills.

  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
