Joint Media House is looking for the next Social Media Hero to join our venture and journey. Dedication, efficiency, effectiveness, and creativity are highly required.

Social Media Hero’s Responsibilities: 

  • Creates and administering content on all social media platforms,  build an audience, and ensure customer engagement.
  • Monitors site metrics, respond to reader comments and oversee creative design.
  • Develops strategy, community management, creative directing, copywriting, customer service, and analyzing data.
  • Focuses on the logistics of delivering content to various social channels, such as managing a content calendar, writing copy, scheduling posts, etc.
  • Identifies, builds, and nurtures relationships within the social channel community.
  • Works on collaborations with similar and relevant accounts aiming for reposts, shoutouts, and joint engagement campaigns such as giveaway campaigns
  • Ensures organic growth for our company’s and clients’ accounts through organic growth means.
  • Plans, creates, and runs social media ads campaigns using Business manager, and ads accounts, managing pixels, audiences, and other ads related tools, delivering reports whenever needed or requested.
  • Coordinates with the content creation and creative departments to deliver posts and ad copies and visuals according to his/her plan, strategy, and vision.

Social Media Hero’s Qualifications: 

  • Experience as a Social Media Executive at a similar company.
  • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
  • Firm grasp of Scheduling software.
  • In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.
  • Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
  • Flexible and engaging writing style.
  • Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
  • Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.
  • Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones.
